FULL WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE SERVICES

2008 UPDATE: A new wheelchair-accessible minivan, with custom wheelchair ramp and safety equipment, is being prepared for local service in Lancaster.

The percentage of wheelchair-accessible vehicles in our fleet is well over the 2% requirement set by the City of Los Angeles. Continuing our commitment to quality service, we offer our physically-challenged customers the widest range of wheelchair-accessible vehicles, from sedans to minivans.

Passenger Assistance Techniques Program

Our commitment to serving the special needs of our customers doesn't end with getting them from Point A to Point B. owner-drivers participate in a three-part program including classroom lectures and discussion, presentations, and videos relating to passenger assistance. "hands-on" approach integrates classroom instruction with practical situations, with professional trainers teaching consideration and safe assistance techniques for physically-challenged passengers.
